When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use OneFoundry, we store your teammate charters, conversations, decisions, receipts, evidence artifacts, preferences, and customizations.
We collect basic usage analytics including page views, feature usage, device type, and operating system. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the product. You can opt out of all analytics in your settings.
If you connect third-party services (calendar, email, etc.) through integrations, OneFoundry accesses only the data you explicitly authorize with granular permission controls.

OneFoundry is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
